These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website puritywellnessco.com and all products offered by WATER PURE, INC. (EIN 11-3170657), operating under the brand name WATER PURE INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Supplement status and limits

Ledger Line is sold as a dietary supplement and nothing more. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is no substitute for prescribed treatment, and it should never delay proper medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Outcomes vary from person to person. Raise it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

4. Text messages under the TCPA

Consent given through the opt-in box on this site permits WATER PURE INC to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you entered, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires it to be given. It carries the following terms.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 60 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to counter@puritywellnessco.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything published here is owned by WATER PURE, INC. or used under licence. You are welcome to read it, quote it fairly and link to it; you may not reproduce it wholesale, redistribute it or adapt it into another work without our prior written consent.

7. How far our liability goes

So far as the law allows, WATER PURE, INC. is not answerable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it. Whatever we are answerable for is capped at what you actually paid for the product in question.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of New York, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in New York. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms can change. When they do, the new version appears on this page with the date it was revised, and carrying on using the site afterwards is how you accept it. The terms that govern an order are the ones published when you placed it.

11. The cost sheet, price changes and withdrawals

  • WATER PURE, INC. publishes a cost breakdown for its middle size and keeps it current. The figures are rounded to the cent and describe that size; they are not a warranty and they are not an offer.
  • Where an input cost moves enough to change a price, the sheet is updated the same day rather than the change being absorbed quietly.
  • The price that governs your order is the one displayed when you place it. A later change does not alter an order already confirmed.
  • Every unit carries a lot number, and release testing is filed against it. A batch that misses a limit is destroyed rather than reworked.
  • If a lot is withdrawn, we contact the customers who received it from the order record, refund in full, and do not require the goods back first.
  • Nothing in these terms cuts down the rights your own state gives you. If they conflict, you get whichever gives you more.
